Still paying for Xbox live, but can’t get into account to cancel it.

Also if it can’t be recovered how do I cancel the Xbox Live subscription because I can’t cancel it via the Xbox or accessing the account

No, I already signed up on that account and am paying for it actively. I can’t access the account now and I can’t login to cancel it either, that’s the issue.

It keeps on saying that I already own Xbox live gold already for the 3 months subscription but I still can’t get online on any of my games and also it still won’t let me put any codes in as well.However my subscription said that it’s cancelled for the Xbox live gold but I never cancelled that ever.

I can’t acces my old account and email and I’m now paying for something I can’t use

How can I cancel it without signing into that account????

The only way to cancel it from Xbox's end would be to have access to the account.

If you cannot access the account then the only other way to stop the charges would be to have your bank block any future charges.
