    Still not shipping label from repair ticket


    So my elite series 2 controller is having right bumper issues. I have the extended 2 year (3 years total) warranty. I only had my controller 2 months though. I put in a ticket to send my controller in for repair or to have it replaced (this was yesterday). I still haven’t received an email with a shipping label. How long does this take normally? I bought the controller straight from Xbox and it’s still basically brand new! Today is Sunday, could this be the reason I didn’t received my shipping label?

    It simply states that if I don’t receive a confirmation email in 24hrs then I should contact you. Here I am contacting you because I NEVER received any email! I put my order in on the 8th it’s now the 10th. I check all my email, checked my junk email, checked my spam email, and nothing!

    1. Select the " See Contact Options" or "Request a Call" button
    2. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
      What are you having trouble with? - XXXXXXXX
      What's the issue? -XXXXXXXXX
    3. The third box will ask you to describe your issue "XXXXXX" and then select the "Next" button.
    4. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    Can you look into mine? My warranty expired and I paid the out of pocket fee… I got charged for it, but never received an email or nothing. That was on the 6th and it’s now the 10th
