    Still not recieving points for Xbox live rewards program


    made about 3 or 4 of these posts and none of them have ever been answered, not really a concern, but I frequently purchase games online and never seem to receive these elusive online points that are supposed to be included with the Xbox live rewards program.

    We do not see any previous posts with this gamertag. Keep in mind that we only respond to support-type posts on the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum. We see that you have received multiple Credit events, most recently in February. You can see a record of
    this on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. If you are asking why these have not converted to currency, as stated on our FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount,
    it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    Additionally, we have delayed MyVIP payback for April due to an issue affecting some preview program members. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Xbox Live account whithin 45 business days.

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.
