That offer was sent to eligible members at the beginning of the offer period. If you did not receive an email about this offer at that time, then you are unfortunately not eligible for the current offer.

@ Miss Kleo, Yes I still need help. I still have not received any emails, or notification about my reward points. I have checked my rewards account as well. No Pending rewards or anything.

You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The Credits were converted and deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account. You can see this deposit event from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where the deposit occurred on the 12th. You can view this deposit as an actual currency transaction
from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
