    I've been directed here by Xbox Support chat. I purchased Just Cause 3 using Xbox gift credit on 24/12/15, but I have still not received my code for Just Cause 2.

    Can this be sorted out please?

    My Just Cause 2 promotional code that I recieved with the purchase of JC3 for thr XB one does not work.

    Sorry, this can be deleted. I rebooted my X1 for an unrelated reason and my code message came through on start up.
