    Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code


    Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

    If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

    NO ALAN WAKE CODES FOR QUANTUM BREAK PRE ORDER

    I am yet to receive promised Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum break for Windows 10 codes. Been in touch with Microsoft support who as always are unhelpful. Joke.

    Which specific day did you purchase Quantum Break? If you pre-ordered through the Xbox Store on or before April 4th, 2016, you will be eligible for the Windows 10 code. If you purchased after, you will only receive Alan Wake.

    To verify the date of purchase, please visit Microsoft Commerce and send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of your Quantum Break
    purchase. You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot!

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    You were sent two separate games, Alan Wake & Alan Wake's American Nightmare. As Kolea stated, Quantum Break for Windows 10 codes started going out today, and everyone should received their codes 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release.

    Please post a new thread if you don't receive your Quantum Break for Windows 10 code by the 15th of April, 2016.
