Today I activated my code for 3 months ( xbox live gold ) from the web browser

STILL No Points Yet?

I got the 3 Months + 3 Months + 800 MS Points when I upgraded my account. It also said something about a mini-game.

Currently, I have had LIVE for a while now, so I am sure my extra 3 months have kicked in.

BUT. NO WHERE on my Billing Information, or anything, does it say I will get my 800 Points. But whenever I upgraded it SPECIFICALLY said I would get the extra 3 Months, AND the 800 Points (and that mini-game).

I still do not have the 800 Points, and it's been nearly 5 Months.

Where are my points?

Hi there if you had access to all your services when you were in the time period of it being overdue then yes. If it got suspended and you say only had an extra week or 2 before its suspension you will only have to pay the extra month that you had access
for. Also Janurary is 3 months before April and its not stuck in a time warp its saying that your account has been past due since Janurary. Hope this helps. Also if you dont think you will be able to make a payment in future please change the payment mode
from automatic to manula in future to avoid any more issues. Agian hope this helps.

Haven't got this promo in my country but i would think you need to buy the 3 months direct from the dashboard to qualify for the extra 3months & not a subscription card from a shop.

Yeah I see it now, the auto renew bought 2 seperate 3 months sub instead of a 6 months, and I probably got one of those refunded by xbox itself but it still shows I got live until August, should I worry?

I got the same problem. My family account expired today (21. Sept) and none of the Accounts received the promised 3 extra months. Besides the MS Points havent been converted and are still there as MS Points...
