STILL not getting MyRewards

Discus and support STILL not getting MyRewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have posted on these forums once before, and yet I still have no solution to my issue.     I have posted on these forums once before, and yet I still have no solution to my issue. I now get a new message on MyRewards page saying something about my billing information. I know I have NZ and US Billing Info, but not sure of that is the issue. Can
    someone please help me, as I am getting sick of this after waiting as long as I have, and the fact that it is obviously a common problem on here is just unacceptable!

    Ive been a my rewards member since December 23 and I have yet to have any rewards show up from any purchases or anything I've done. What do I do?

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to assist. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    STILL not getting MyRewards

    Hello IShadowcasterI,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
