Still no Xbox Quest Rewards

Discus and support Still no Xbox Quest Rewards in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have yet to receive any Xbox Quest Rewards.     Still no Xbox Quest Rewards


    I have yet to receive any Xbox Quest Rewards. This is going on 3 or more months now, so I assume something is wrong. I have received my Game Pass Rewards, but never for an Xbox Live Quest. Thank you for any assistance.

    I completed my November Xbox Quest Rewards. i never received my reward still

    Where is my reward again

    I waited till April 2nd and still no February reward for my Xbox gold quest, I was told to post again if I did not receive my reward by the first.

    Hey BASH THE FASH! To clarify, which months have you completed and not received a reward for? Has it only been January or are there other outstanding months? Post back and let us know!

    Hi there Mister Cizl! I have not received an Xbox Quest reward from any month. I'm pretty sure it was January and February. I think I missed Decembers Quest by just not adding a few more friends. :/

    Hey BASH THE FASH! For more info on the January rewards, please check your Xbox Live messages. The February rewards will be sent out over the course of March, if you do not receive them by then April 1st please post up a new thread
    and we will take a look. Thanks!

    September Game Pass Quest reward not received

    I'm still waiting on my Xbox quest reward as well. Quest ended in October and it's been over a month.

    Rewards for the Xbox Live Quests are delivered within a month after those quests end - if you still haven't seen your quest reward for February by the end of March, please reach back out and make a new thread and we'll be happy to take a closer look with

    Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
    messages, let us know!

    As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. The offer is still Live though. It's part of Xbox Quests. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/xbox-quests
    You should see a tile on the dashboard for gold members, and it would be listed there.
