Still no shipping label

Hey there, unfortunately, Xbox Support is most likely still swamped/backed up with support requests in light of recent world events still causing challenges for most companies like Xbox/Microsoft. The best thing you can do right now is continue to try and

its been 2 days and still no shipping label in email

Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and check your order from there, you should be able to see the "print shipping label" option.

Devices page and there should be an option to view the label after signing in. If not please do
Contact Support again because there could be an issue with the email the label was sent to (i.e. mis-typed or incorrect email documented by agent).

so there is nothing in my device support site. When i click on the get your shiipng label tab nothing is there. And when i go to device support i wait for hours and no one connects with me on chat or call back. Call back comes up error has occured and
than i am dumped out of,the site. So i guess i want to know when will i get the second email with the shipping label?
