    Hi,

    I am a 5-star VIP Master rewards member and I still have not received my rewards since May. I did get your standard "internal database error known issue" response about a month ago when I followed up and here I am again asking for an update. You don't offer
    any phone support for your rewards program so this is my only option.

    In June you were able to at least catch up on my outstanding rewards credits but nothing has come through since. If you could do even that much while continuing to investigate the monthly deposit issue, that would be much appreciated.

    Please address this long standing issue with root cause analysis and restore my faith in a company I have invested so much time and money with.

    We responded to your previous post with why your Credits are not depositing at (Rewards Still Broken). However, if
    you have adjusted your email address as directed, we will have our platform team investigate if your emails are not being sent to the email we have on file.

    Hi,

    I haven't received any rewards or monthly rewards statement emails since I last complained in May/June. How can this still not be fixed? Phone support sent me back here. Please do whatever is required to catch me up and fix my account.

    Hello John Tangor,

    As mentioned in our response to your previous post, this is an issue with a Microsoft database that we do not have access to. When we query this database for your billable accounts, this database does not respond to the request with the billable account
    you have designated for us to place funds into. Since our deposit process cannot identify your billable accounts without the assistance of this database, it does not know where your billable accounts go to, or if they are even still valid accounts. Rather
    than risk placing your deposit into an unknown account, our deposit chooses to abort. We have escalated this issue to the relevant team, but at this current time, they have not yet provided use with their resolution to this issue.

    We have tried multiple ways with our own tools to circumvent this issue, like a manually forced deposit, but these tools have been disabled and are no longer available for us to use. Therefore, the only option we have left is to await instructions on how
    to proceed from the team currently working on this error. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing.

    You must go to your Microsoft account, and see your payment form, I already received my money on May 30 and in Mexican currency I got 200MX.

    Some will have to wait until June 15. (according to the amount that was requested)
    I've been checking every day that's why I came for support. 5th May was when I redeemed the VIP points. SHould have received either on 15th or 30th as per MS. Now hoping this will come at least by 15th june.

    I agree with your wishlist. More game related stuff would be nice since, even after the merge, with things like the reward app the XBOX still plays a big role in the Reward program.

    The extra content you may get ingame with Uplay Units may be an example.
