Still no rewards credits for December punchcard

Hello,

I was told by XBLRewards8 that my account would see the deposit by the end of next week (today) but I still don't have them. I finished Decembers punch card and waited for my last pre order to be available waited a few days after and no credits? Really need
them so I can get For Honor.

15,000 Rewards credits games on demand punchcard not received in the offer period

did not receive 15,000 credits for the games on demand punchcard offer between October 1st till December 31st in 96 hours

MyVIP and offer Credits are not the same. Your MyVIP star rank will not affect Credits from offers, like the Games on Demand punchcard. Furthermore, we see that the Credits from your previous Games on Demand punchcard were placed as pending on the 4th of
December, and deposited in the end of December, specifically December 28th. You can confirm this deposit from both your MyRewards page and commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.

Preorders do not count towards VIP. So they could not be moved to count towards your VIP rank.

Why give a Pre-Order Punchcard that is for January 1 – March 31, 2017

on orders that were placed in December as stated I would receive more

as a 4 star gold at 8% than the Punchcard reward

since the three orders are Pre-Order games not yet released, I

This punchcard, as with many for the last few months, has been problematic for some. SOmetimes punchcards will update after a few days, sometimes they won't at all and you'll need to contact rewards Support about it to see if they will manually credit you
