    Still no resolution, this is just dreadful customer support


    Still no rewards depositing, why are these issues being ignored by Microsoft. I expect some kind of compensation for such dreadful customer support and my constant emails reporting the issue without any kind of resolution being offered.

    I'm still having this issue, I contacted customer support and went through their list of suggestions, no resolution. It got bumped to their escalation team, no response from them yet.

    Matchmaking service alert.

    Ah the incredible matchmaking service alert that everyone has but no one at Xbox is acknowledging. Utterly dreadful customer service. Im not paying for a service Im not getting any longer. Shameful.

    Hello Indiana,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    I got it just for paying for Elite? Well, wasn't that nice of them. :) Well, that just means I only need to prestige one more time to get that last custom class instead of two, which I dreaded. LOL
