    Still no resolution. Apparently your support staff regarding billing is completely inept as they had no idea as to why I am “experiencing this problem”. Until this issue is resolved, Microsoft Xbox won’t see another dime from me.

    Still no rewards depositing, why are these issues being ignored by Microsoft. I expect some kind of compensation for such dreadful customer support and my constant emails reporting the issue without any kind of resolution being offered.

    Hello Indiana,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. While their
    tested solution worked for your account in February, they have not yet deployed a more permanent solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Can you first make sure that you have your security proofs up to date by visiting this page
    account.live.com/.../Manage

    Once you've checked that out try the following steps below:

    Delete your profile, clear your cache 3 times, restart your console, and then download your profile.

    Delete Profile Safely:

    Go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Select All Devices.

    Select Gamer Profiles.

    Select the gamertag that is giving the error.

    Select Delete.

    Select Delete Profile Only.

    Clear System Cache, don't forget to do it 3 times!

    Go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

    Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

    Restart Console

    Download Profile:

    Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller.

    Select Download Profile.

    Try signing in and as long as you are not considered a minor you should be able to accept the new terms.

    I'm really sorry to hear you've been having issues with your account.

    I really wish I had a better answer for you and I know it's not what you want to hear, but if you've already contacted our Phone Support and been passed to an Advocacy team to investigate, then that team will be best equipped moving forward to look into your
    account with you and get things sorted out.

    Once they contact you, I would definitely reach out to them with further questions or concerns. Any questions about compensation would also need to be directed to that team as they now own your case.

    teams will be your best option to look into this issue with you.

    If they have already passed you up to an Advocacy Team, I would definitely recommend reaching back out to them with further questions and concerns. This is not an issue we are able to provide support for on the forums for security reasons. Those team
    will be best equipped to assist you further.
