    Still No redemption codes...


    Purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition bundle for Christmas on disk and installed on console. Still no codes for the other gears titles received in e-mail or xbox live messages. support team told me to come here. help

    Did anyone get to try the beta out on XB yet? Still showing the code redemption site as being down and I'm still unable to get the code entered.

    Hey there,

    Have you tried redeeming through the Xbox app or Xbox.com? What's the specific content you're trying to redeem, and what's the specific error code you receive? Error codes look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x0000000.

    No, I tried to redeem the code on the same account that was signed in and when I go to the redemption page I get the error message.
