I preordered the game and I still have not received any of the codes. I see there are a lot of people with this...     Still no Quantum Break/Alan Wake codes


    Xbox support pointed me here so...

    I preordered the game and I still have not received any of the codes. I see there are a lot of people with this issue so I hope this gets resolved quickly.

    Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

    My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
