    Still no Pre order punch card.


    So I pre ordered the following

    Titanfall 2

    Call of Duty IW

    and Watch dogs 2.

    Yet I still have not gotten the 15,000 points for it or even points in general. The fact that a lot of people are complaining about this matter shows that you guys need to work on this. Don't tell me its a 96 hours thing considering Watch Dogs 2 was my last
    pre ordered game and that came out on the 15th of November. Please if anyone can help that would be great but as of right now I'm getting zero points from anything.

    I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

    games on demand punch card issue

    On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

    Halo infinite punch card for microsoft rewards

    The punch card still won't complete even though I have pre-ordered the game on november 28th. The punch card clearly says "Purchase must be completed between november 27th-December 27th, 2021" so it should have completed for me. I hope someone can help me with this.

    Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
    vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
    already on board.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that if any of the games were preordered before the offer began on October 1, they would not count.

    We see that your purchase was made on December 31st. However, that title is unique since it releases after that particular Games on Demand offer has ended. Due to this, you will not receive a punch for that purchase until 96 hours after releasing. That punch
    will then be applied to your Games on Demand punch card and complete it at that time. If you do not see Credits pending by that time, let us know, and we will investigate to see what happened.
