Still no idea what done!! - 14 year old son marketplace theft!!!

thanks for your help. so I have no way at all to find out what's he's done!? not even to phone up. that's seems incredibly wrong!!

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since you alrwady submitted a review and the decision has been upheld there is nothing else that can be done.

thanks for commenting, how do I contact them? once inquiry upheld cannot see how to speak to them. if he has done something I can accept he has broken the code of conduct. but he does not know what he's done, and neither do I, his parent!! equally he neefs
to know. seems unfair i cannot jnow exactly what hes done!? he is a child and suspect he has no clue either. how does a company like MS apply rules that involve financial loss to a child?
