Still no help from insider and I don't know why Im not getting the help

Please also check the other accounts you have downloaded on the console. You can identify if an account has a subscription by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & System> Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Select the subscription that you want to manage.

If there is no account on the console that has the subscription, it will be considered a fraudulent charge. I would highly recommend contacting your bank to file a dispute for it. They should apply it right away on their end so that the money is refunded back to your payment method.

Console is not part of insider. I don't know if it helps. I did it before and controler still not lauching my xbox.

ok this problem i had was from around six months ago and im still getting help for a update that has been out for that long, and im still getting help on it. Please use your knowledge to help with other problem s that are happening you know now and not a
problem that solved itself 6 months ago.

I liked gfwl. I don't know why they would get ride of it im still playing halo 2 and resident evil 5 and there's still a few people on them.
