Still no GEMS for Birthday!

Hallo.

I had/my birthday was in March 7th but i still have not recieved a birthday e-mail and gems for it. A fiew days after the 7th i checked my rewards and noticed that i still miss the BDay reward, but recieved the reward to be 6 years a XBLRewards member and
the reward came fast. I checked my MS Profile to get sure my BD-date is correct. It was not, the day was wrong it was March the 6th not the 7th so i chaged it to the rigt date rigt away. Maybe this is the isdue why i have not recieved a BDay reward, but even
if the Bday date was wrong, shouldnt i get the reward anyway?! PLEASE help me with this because i am really was looking forward to get XBLRewads but this is somehow a big downer for me. THX

No Birthday Rewards last years?

We only recently re-introduced Birthday Gems with the creation of Gems in October. For the past few years, we have not given Credits for Birthdays. Since your birthday that you have input in your Xbox is not this month, you have not received Birthday gems.

 

If they still sending the birthday gift? If it possible a Forza Horizon 3 Car pass?

If the rewards pogram is still available in your area, you would receive gems for your birthday. They've never sent games or DLC.

 

As support stated in your last thread - No Birthday Rewards last years? - the birthday you entered when you created your account
was not entered for this month. So you won't receive one this month. Your birthdate is determined by what you entered when you created your Xbox account, not the date of your Microsoft account. Once an account is created, it is not possible to change the birthdate
you entered.
