    There may be some cases of incompatibility between the new 3.5mm jacks and older model headsets. I've heard of others having this problem and using the old controller adapters instead of the built in jacks and fixing the issue, but it's unconfirmed. I personally
    still use the controller adapter and would recommend it over the built in jacks but that's just preference.
