    I signed up for the 6 months live 5 free games deal its been a month and still no email with the codes for the games anyone know when there gonna send the codes ???

    I read the post that stated that all of the codes have been sent out. I still have not received mine. I checked my email and junk folder as well as verified the WLID contact email address. Thank you.

    Renewing Xbox Live Gold Family - Bought Single renewal in error

    El MARCOloko is correct. if you purchased a 12 month code, then 6 months will be added to the family pack for you and the secondary accounts to use. No need to take it back if you're okay with it stacking the time like this since it's still cheaper :)

    Well, I mashed the a button during a video on the dashboard and am pretty sure that it took me directly to a purchase page. I don't recall seeing anything about a crazy 4 to 6 week delay in getting what I paid for. Regardless, I appreciate your efforts
    in looking into this and helping all these disillusioned customers on here. You truly have great patience. I have learned my lesson and will no longer be drawn in to these offers that only allow me 2 weeks from the time I get my codes to use them.
