    Still no code for Definitive Edition - asked to post here


    I ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on Dec 9th. I had hoped to get a code for the Definitive Edition, but 4 days after launch I still do not have it. While I know that it can take 7 to 10 days, the posting on

    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition Early Access Available Now - Xbox Wire

    states that I should have received my code on Dec 20th.

    I have contacted Xbox support and they were no help. They suggested that I post here and that someone would reach out to me.

    Please help.

    I pre-ordered my Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from the digital store, but still got no code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Told by support to post my request here. Still waiting for my code. Any help is appreciated.

    Code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition

    I bought the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 specifically so that I could play Halo Wars: Definitive Edition on the 20th of December during my Christmas break. It's the 20th and I still don't have my code. A member of Xbox support asked me to post here to
    see if someone could help me get my code.

    Now in the fifth day since launch and still no code and no response to multiple requests. Called support twice, post here twice and twice on the Xbox Support on twitter. Seems like no one wants to respond to the question.

    halo wars 2 ultimate edition includes Halo wars DE. You should be able to find and download the game under ready to install on my games and apps on your xbox one!

    On PC check the Halo app or the Download and install page on the store!
    It says I already own the game but I get stuck in an endless cycle of "You already own this game" to "Available only as part of a bundle./Not sold seperately"

    On my Xbox there is no option for Halo Wars Definitive Edition in the ready to install list.

    On PC in the Halo app, the definitive edition is listed as "Buy Now".

    I've double checked my order history and to make sure I got the Ultimate Edition and I did get to play Halo Wars 2 a few days early with that bundle.
