Still no answers regarding Dark Souls code

Can someone please give an answer as to when codes for Dark Souls will be issued. Even if it's just to apologise for the confusion and say codes won't be issued until the game is available through BC. At least people will know and won't have to bombard the
message boards every day.

Dark souls 3 pre order. missing dark souls code!

I pre-ordered my dark souls 3 digital copy on the 25th February. And yet today I still don't have my dark souls 1 code. After countless calls tp Microsoft and Xbox live support I'm getting absolutely no help and no answers and I'm sick of it. I simply want
my code and that's it!

 

NO DARK SOULS 1 CODE

Way past 10 days and still no dark souls 1 code. I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition. Please Help

 

They already gave out codes to some people. I still haven't received my code and I've been posting since the 29th. Microsoft console description on Dark Souls 3 states if you pre order Dark Souls 3 digitally for a limited time you'll get a code of dark souls
1 within 7-10 days playable on the Xbox one. You false advertised for more sales. The first thing you lied about was getting the code within 7-10 days. It's been over 2 weeks and we still haven't received our codes. The second thing you lied about was the
Dark Souls 1 code. When some players finally got their code it said they had to wait until Dark Souls 1 was available through backwards compatability. In the description it doesn't say you have to wait for it to playable on xbox one or that you'll get your
code weeks later. False advertisement at its finest. You guys won't even address the situation officially. Microsoft is proving once again why Sony is better.
