Still missing two Quantum Break preorder codes.

I preordered Quantum Break digitally on Xbox One and have still only received the Alan Wake code. I'm still missing the
American Nightmare code for it being a preorder and the
Quantum Break for Windows 10 code for it being a digital preorder.

I am a bit concerned because I preordered it in the evening on the 4th. The purchase date in my billing confirmation email is listed as the 5th, but it was still the 4th in my local timezone.

I was hopeful that it would be sorted out when I received the Alan Wake code, but I just saw the post saying they finished sending out codes on the 26th, and I'm still missing two of mine.

Why dont i HaveQuantum Break Preorder codes (AW, AN, QB W10)

I am still missing all my Quantum Break Preorder codes no help nobody cares seems like I cant get an answer out of anyone.

 

Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

 

Unfortunately it appears that they are going off of the purchase date on the confirmation email. However "Mr. Beep" (Official Staff) has left posts saying that he could offer further assistance if you can send him a screenshot of a statement (bank, paypal,
etc.) that shows the charge going through on April 4. Here is a link that will provide an official statement and give you the ability to contact the appropriate people with a screenshot, if you have one.
