Still missing the 50k points from One S promo

Happy New Years everyone.

I am still missing my 50k points from the upgrade to the Xbox One S purchased through Microsoft. It was shipped out on the 16th of December, but still nothing in my account. Have I forgotton to do something?

Bought Xbox One S, not seeing the 50k points, any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I bought a Xbox One S bundle and used the promo code on the mission for 50k points. I don't see the 50k points nor it pending.

If I can get some help or clarity, that'd be great.

Missing 50k points for upgrading to Xbox one s from Xbox one

I purchased an Xbox one s on November 24th and I am supposed to get 50k rewards points for upgrading to Xbox one s from Xbox one in the month of November or December. It has been over 30 days and still no 50k points. I called and posted here before and still

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay receiving purchase information for the latter half of December from our MicrosoftStore.com team. After looking through our system, I see that we have now received this information, and are in the process
of loading your purchase for Rewarding. This means you should see the Credits pending in 1-3 days.
