Still missing punches

I am still not showing any of my purchases for the free game content. I got an answering of not showing purchases however you all took my money and sent receipts that I offered to show you but no one will reply to that. I am still only showing 2 of the 3
games as well. They should be Smite, Warframe and Skyforge. These are also the games I made purchases for.

Missing punches

I have made 3 purchases on 3 different games of over $5 but I still don’t have my punchcard punches. I purchased via Xbox store and have my Microsoft receipts via email.

Please help

Hi Nick. Thanks for reaching out. We do see that Assassin's Creed is not showing as "You pre-ordered" on your page. This is happening because you ordered the Deluxe edition, but it does complete the offer. We've sent this info to the team. You currently
have three punches and it looks like you were awarded Credits for the Games on Demand punchcard on the 13th.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, there should be no issue with progressing your offer due
to this delay. Reviewing your account with another source, we see your purchases were made around the 25th, so we have not received that information yet. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

70's appeared but 90's is still missing, and even though I spent far more than £32 I still only have 2 punched on the card.

We do not see any free to play purchases this month. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

If you made your purchases recently, it is too early to see Rewards for them. Additionally, there is currently a delay in purchase information due to some maintenance on our purchase database, so this 96 hour period may be slightly extended. Apologies for
any inconvenience.
