Still missing Groove Music 3-month Free Code

I have connected to support 4 times via chat and still have not been able to get my code.

I signed up May 9th and today was supposed to be my renewal date, but I cancelled automatic renewal because I haven't received my code. The terms & conditions say the code will be send within 30 days (which would've been by June 7th). When I talk to support,
first I was told it would be sent 2-3 days before renewal, then I was told it would be within 30 days, then I was told it would be sent today on my renewal day. Today I tried contacting support and they told me no one in Accounts & Billing is available for
help.

Can someone please help me get my code for the 3 months free with my Groove Music? Thank you!!!!

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.
