Still missing credits

i was told to wait 96 hours an i still haven't gotten my credits that i claimed through the vault with my gems its a 10,000 and 5,000 rewards credit.....

Support will check into the YOLO credits, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

Still Missing Rewards Credits

Hi, I am missing some rewards credits for my purchase of Star Wars Battlefront II in the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition, which I have purchased on November 16th. Since this particular Edition was already out, this was not a pre-order.

I have asked about this before and was told, the rewards credits will be calculated at the end of the month, but they have yet to show up in my pending credits.

The credits for my monthly survey in December have showed up, so I'm wondering why BF2 has not yet been calculated.

Also I have participated in the #YOLO Rewards mission, for which I purchased Forza Motorsport 7 and an Avatar Item which have counted for step 1+2. But I also have earned more than 5 Achievements before the end of November, but I didn't receive the points
for that either.

This happened in October as well, when step 1+2 in the Franken Rewards mission counted, but the Achievements I unlocked haven't.

I'm wondering if I'm missing something or if I'm doing anything wrong?!

Can someone look into that please?!

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you only claimed these on the 24th, it has not been 96 hours.

month. Regarding your YOLO progress, apologies for the inconvenience. We have confirmed your activity through a secondary source, and will adjust your account accordingly. You should see the Credits shortly.
