    This is getting very frustrating, I win multiple bingos, then when the screen changes to show luggage to open, the screen closes and I'm kicked out of the game.

    not getting anything added to Tanzania Collection

    ugh, have been trying for weeks to add to the Tanzania collection with no luck whatsoever, even when I have many suitcases to open none of them contain collection pieces. It took some time to get the first 7 countries collections but not nearly as long as
    I have been working on Tanzania. I am about ready to delete this game as I am just getting too frustrated. This is supposed to be fun, enjoy a challenge but this is getting past ridiculous.

    Played tonight, got 14 bingos

    I played 7 bingo games in the Bronze of Tanzania, got 7 bingos, played 8 games in the Silver of Australia, got 7 bingos there, then I played 4 games in the bronze of France and got 31 bingos. I have been credited for the 31 bingos called, but not the 7
    from Tanzania or the 7 from Australia. While I was playing, it kept coming up with error reports, trouble connection, or game not available. Can you please fix this. Thank you

    Bingo game ends and freezes not going to points/earned points&powerups

    about an hour ago I played a game of bingo, and just like this morning it froze after selecting end game instead of an additional 5 more numbers. Every time it froze it was after choosing 5 more numbers a few times and end game on the 3rd or 4th time-it
    freezes. however on the game I played at about 8:30 pm I had 22 bingos and 1 power number, several keys and suitcases and it froze, I did not receive the points earned, nothing it froze for about 20 minutes, made all the other programs I had open unresponsive,
    went to a blank screen and took me shutting the computer down for any response from my PC. I really wish the hang times and glitches would be fixed or a bingo for Windows 10 be provided. just wow

    okIVE OPENED AT LEAST 10 SUITCASES AND NOTHING WHERES MY PRIZES??? when I level up now it gave me 15 keys and when I would open my suitcases NOTHING ,NOTHING ....BUT NOW IM DOWN TO 5 KEYS WHAT DO U PLAN ON DOING ABOUT THIS THANK YOU

    I don't have anything Apple, but the Bingo game is not connecting. I play it in my Xbox Console Connection, which I have updated. I've also did a Reset on both the Console connection and the Bingo Game. It still won't connect, even after multiple tries.
    I'm running it on Windows 10 with a Gigabit internet connection.
