Still loosing my bingos, my coins, my rewards because of your server?!?

Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

Why is the server error coming up every time I try to play bingo, or get and receive my rewards?

Microsoft bingo game: still can't connect to server and I hope it works sooner than later it' my fav game But another problem occurs also' whenever I log into bingo I get that annoying windows appearing that looks like I am going to make a purchase for
game coins but I can't get past the error code and it also says that I already own this package and must go to my games or my library to download it! Download what?????? I haven't ordered anything and there is nothing there to download.

I'm now having to spend more money on tickets and coins as a result of the issue with your server/system which I feel is very unfair. Again, is there any way you all can do anything with reimbursing me with tickets as well as coins since those were both
lost/impacted by your server going down. I honestly enjoy playing Bingo and am only asking for some assistance since the issue was on your end. In the evenings I'll often play this game on my laptop with my mom because she enjoys it as well. It's just unfortunate
all of the issues you all are continuing to have with your system, which makes it ultimately difficult for us, the end users. Please help me!

Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.
