    our son is still getting kicked offline on his new xbox one but all works fine on his 360

    I keep getting kicked offline

    File a complaint on them via the console and block communications with them. You'll also want to contact your ISP to let them know what is going on and they should be able to help you stay on.

    Most likely the wireless signal.

    Plug console into the router with an Ethernet cable and see how that goes Still keep getting kicked offline :)

    Thanks for the relplys guys. It is connected wirelessly and about 10-12 m away from modem.will give 5G a go Am also borrowing a long Ethernet cable so will give that ago too
