Still having problems with my black ops 3 disc

When ever i try and play black ops 3 i get this message

"Eject the disc,then try again.Make sure you're using an Xbox one game, a music CD,or a movie on blu-ray or DVD.(0x80820002)"

I have posted this message numerous times and so far no one can help i downloaded the Blu-ray app like some told to do but that didn't help i reset my Xbox twice by doing the hard reset and holding the eject disc and power button but that still didn't fix
anything. i even got all the updates but still nothing. the disc are clean and i just bought this Xbox.

I thought it would just be a simple process buy a Xbox one put in my black ops 3 & black ops 1 disc and play but this Xbox is turning out to be more trouble than i thought. I know that black ops 1 is backwards compatible but when i try and put in my disc
version i get the message above and when i try and buy it from the store it says Black ops 1 is not currently available .

When i try and buy black ops 3 from the Xbox one store it says this game available only as part of a bundle but i have the disc but still nothing happens i get the same message above.

Weird. Only games I have ever had problems with the actual physical disc has been the two Black Ops game. First black ops game, I put into my xbox and it started making weird noises. Sounded like a chainsaw was going off, opened up my disc drive and the
disc was torn to shreds. After about a twenty tries, it installed all the way through. Now I have problems with Black Ops II. It happened to me again not to long ago. Weird how it got scratched though.

 

I tried putting in my Black Ops game disc into my Xbox One and it worked. I would try hard resetting your Xbox One to fix that problem.If you're trying to put a Xbox 360 version of Black Ops 3 into your Xbox One, it will not go through. The Xbox 360 Version
of Black Ops 3 is not compatible with the Xbox One. Since the second DLC for Black Ops 3 was released, They released the gold edition of Black Ops 3, which basically includes the game, Nuke-town, and the first DLC. You get all of that content for the same
price as the base game ($59.99). If hard resetting your Xbox One didn't work for you, then I really don't know what to say. Try putting other game discs into your Xbox One and see if they work. If other games don't work, then the disc drive in your Xbox One
might not be working right. I hope this solved your problem.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems. I know this is probably a silly question, but the disc in question is an Xbox One disc correct? As xEgoChaserx stated above the Xbox 360 version of the game is not compatiable with the Xbox One systerm.
If it is and Hard Resetting doesn't help then I would suggest taking back the disc to the store you bought it from and try exchanging it for a new copy. Hope this helps.

 

If you bought the game used there might be a chance that the game is registered to someone else. If this is the case then take the game back to the store.

If its an Xbox 360 version of the game it wont work on the Xbox One console.

Check if the disc is damaged in any way scratched, or even broken, this could be the problem.

Hi, i saw your message, the code you displayed means your disc is unreadable, so the most most you can do is ask your retailer in which you bought the game from, to exchange the game for another disc that has no scratched, if you are within 90 days of your
