    Still having issues with hard-wired connections


    It's been a few months now and it seems to have been pushed under the rug. Whenever hard wired the xbox will randomly think theres no internet and it takes either a restart or changing the ethernet port to get back online. It's pretty infuriating since it's completely random and happens during games. Itll even sometimes sign me out of the profile. Wifi doesnt seem to have the issue but wifi speeds are a lot slower which makes gaming difficult.

    Xbox staff is this problem being worked on?

    Xbox One S Connection Problem

    Try to log out and hard restart your console. After that if you still have issues try the wired connection.

    if you are using wireless try to hard wire it as well and see there are any issues there may be other issues if you still have trouble I would recommend calling Xbox and speak with the connectivity department

    I have the same issue that just started a couple of days ago. I factory reset the Xbox and the problem still persists. I have hard wired and tried wireless connections to multiple routers with the same issue.
