Still haven't recieved rocket league code for targeted in-dash promo

According to the Official Rocket League website
HERE which clarifies the terms of the promotion.

"Speaking of Xbox One, anyone who purchases a three-month Xbox Live Gold subscription card from June 12 through June 30 will receive a FREE copy of Rocket League!

If you buy a physical subscription card at a local retailer, your Rocket League code will be printed on your receipt, and can be attached to any Xbox Live account that does not already own the game. (Update: Offer only available for
a limited time at participating retailers in select countries; see retailers for details.) If you're new to the game or Xbox Live Gold or have a friend who's in the market for either one, now's a great time to take the shot!"

This would indicate that you needed to purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Card either at the retailer or through the Xbox Dashboard advertisement for this promotion to be eligible. The investigative teams have determined that you were not eligible for this promotion.

Hey there RelaxedDeser74.

To clarify, in order to be eligible for this promotion you would have needed to make the purchase for Xbox Live through the dashboard advertisement. If you purchased a pre-paid code you wouldn't be eligible for this offer, I'm afraid.

based off every advertisement that was posted about this promo nothing is mentioned about this requirement so wouldn't that be an error on Xbox's staff behalf & here's an other problem that some of us faced when we went to go through the dashboard advertisement
to do so it redirected us to the main dashboard screen & the advertisement disappeared making that a software issue that Xbox is technically responsible for because of the system updates we receive periodically but what I don't get is if the system glitches
because of a bug that wasn't patched then why does the customer suffer for an issue on Xbox's behalf?? to be honest the initial advertisement that was posted all over the web should be honored & "anyone that purchased a 3 month Xbox gold membership is eligible
for the promo" that is a form of false advertisement based of the unclear ads that were circulated & given that 2 system updates have messed up my Xbox one console & I did opt to go through the dashboard ad & was basically screwed out of being able to do so
because of a software issue it would be reasonable to point out that I should still qualify because of the fact that your product glitched which is something that I would have to turn to your company for anyways because your company is the one releasing hotfix's
to correct these kind of errors & I was ripped off in all do respect because of a technical error that is ultimately your companies responsibility to be fixing in the 1st place......
