    Still haven't recieved my holiday codes


    I bought the 3 month xbox game pass ultimate with the holiday Spotify premium, discord and EA access promotion on the 29th of November. I only received the ea access code and I'm still waiting on the spotify and discord codes as my subscription will expire
    in 8 days. Will I not receive anything?

    Hello Zero,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand asking about the promotion codes. In this it is a little late to request them. Everyone had up until January 6th 2020 when the promotion ended to ask about receiving the codes. At this point there is no longer
    any codes available as the promotion has been over for almost 2 months now. You can check your Xbox live messages or emails from the account you sign in with to see if they are there. If not then at this point you wouldn't be able to receive them unfortunately
    as there are none to give out any longer.
