Still haven't received summer spotlight $10 reward

It's been nearly a month since the summer spotlight promotion that xbox/microsoft rewards ran. I've been going back and forth with rewards support to determine why I never received the $10 gift card I was due as a GPU member and now they said I need to contact
xbox support. Well that's next to impossible because their contact options are needlessly convoluted and there's no actual email address anywhere I can find, chat is backed up to infinity and calls aren't even available.

I spent the requisite $50 well before the end of the promotion period and have been extremely patient. All the details should be documented in service request number 1507581840. Can someone from xbox PLEASE review this and answer/forward to the appropriate
person?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Hi. it was in August 2021. It registered as complete and I got the reward points. Just not yet received the giftcard.

The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. For future reference, you can see a complete log of all your Credit and deposit activity from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000
or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards
page.

However, the answer is we are not retroactively rewarded to promotions, just like items can go on sale at the store after you pay full price. The pre-order list is updated quarterly, so that went up prior to E3 announcements. The new list will go up October
1st and it is POSSIBLE it will be updated with additional titles although that is a rare occurrence, and they will not make an announcement in advance, only IF it happens. There really are not any big E3 titles that come out before the new pre-order promotion
starts, only Forza 7 (9/28) that I can see. Everything else is October or later, which the new promo would start October 1st.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed filling your progress bar, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

It takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process purchase information, so it is too early to see that purchase Rewarded.
