Still haven't received points for the Being Dr. Rewards offer

I've purchased over $30 in games and tv show rentals. I've purchased $2 avatar goods. And I completed over 5 achievements in the game I bought (Super Lucky's Tale). The My Missions page still shows 0 credits earned for this mission. It's been well over
96 hours. What am I missing?

Being Dr. Rewards

Hi,

I completed the 4 tiers of the Being Dr. rewards thing. It looks like I haven't received any credit. The person I spoke to on chat said I have to come here to fix it. I'd like my points please.

Misssing 6000 points from Being Doctor Rewards MyMission

I still have not received credit for the 1000 points for level 2 bonus- Dress How He Dresses and the 5000 bonus point Break On Free for completing all three Being Doctor steps.

It has been seven days since purchase and this step has not posted on my reward page.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our purchase data provider that has resulted in us not receiving purchases past January 22nd. After investigating your account with alternate source, we see that your purchases were made on
the 24th. Once this issue is resolved, and purchase data begins to flow in to our database again, you should see your offers progress as expected. We have recently been informed by the other team working on this issue that the problem should be resolved shortly.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days to receive a response. Especially around the holidays because they have a few extra days off too.

Keep in mind that if any of the games were preordered before the offer began on October 1, they would not count towards the offer.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level
in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer).
