    Still haven't received a working key for my "free" Win10 Minecraft game


    Initially tried getting it with Windows 7, was denied that, when getting Windows 10 shortly before free upgrade to Win10 ran out, i tried again and it was returned that the code was invalid.

    Wrote support later and was redirected to Xbox Support, months later i find this reply in my inbox (that i had finally time to sort out) and here i am. Picking up the same issue i had literally over a year ago.

    Could i finally get a working key for this game i was promised?

    no quantum break win10 code

    I preordered the game for the xbone and have not yet received my key for the win10 version. I have received my alan wake code though.

    I can honestly say I have never seen a promo that was offering those two games, certainly not together. I have looked up your account and verified your promo purchase, but the free games offered were Lode Runner and R-Type Dimensions. If you would like these

    Haven't received my free games :(

    I wasn't sure about Limbo, so that makes sense. But I am 100% sure Hydrophobia was one of them, I remember the picture of the girl and I also remember telling friends about it too.

    Lode Runner might've been mixed up with Limbo, but like I said. Hydrophobia was definitely one of them.
