Still haven’t got my MixPot...

I posted a while back asking about not receiving a MixPot after watching the Xbox E3 Stream on Mixer and just thought I should wait it out. However long later and still nothing has come, I’m almost certain I was one of the first 1 million viewers so I have
no idea what happened. What are my options now?

Mix pot? I watched almost the entirety of e3 while linked on Mixer as well as inside Xbox next day.

I haven’t gotten my Mixpot even thought I watched it from the beginning on Sunday and inside Xbox the next day from the beginning. I still haven’t got rewards for either of them.

According to the
MixPot FAQ Page, users should get their MixPot gift "within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event".

Please let us know if you did not receive the reward by the end of the day on the 17th so we can take a closer look
