I was told a month ago that the issue with the billing would be fixed with something called a hotfix. but I have not received my deposit because of a billing account. everything is right. I have a $100 and trying to use that on some games. can you guys fix
it or mail me a gift card

Haven't got my deposit for my rewards points.

Hi i placed a deposit sometime and November 2016 and was told a deposit would be transferred either December 15th or December 30th 2016 yet i havent recived them please help.

We see multiple deposits into your account. You can review all Credit and Deposit events for your Rewards account from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if you sort/view by lifetime events. You can also confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce
page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month. Since they were pending on the 18th, they'd be scheduled for the deposit on the 13th of this month.
