Still haveing problem with pop up notification messages showing up on tv as well as Alerts...

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're getting a service alert notification popping up. Does this show up when you're running a network connection test? Can you check the Xbox
Live Status page and confirm that you're seeing a Service Alert as active. Either way if you are seeing a Service Alert message and its involving an issue that you're having, you would have to wait for the Service Alert to end and then check to see if
you're still having trouble. Hope this helps.

I am having the exact same issue. The first few days I would get notification pop ups. Now I don't get them anymore. Everything is turned on but no notification at all. I am unable to find a solution. This is only one of MANY issues with this Xbox One
OS. But it is annoying that I don't know when my friends are logging in, when Party invites are sent to me, etc.

I completely agree with you. I'll get a notice on my phone that's reads "New Smart Glass Message" a solid minute before I get the notification on my Xbox One. Sometimes I never get the notification on the console. Plus reading and responding to a message
on the console, mid game, is TERRIBLE. I'm playing Ghosts last night, get a message, I hold down the button to retrieve said message and I get taken to the home screen where everything locked up for half minute.

Same here...Asus PG27UQ...Anytime i get an achievement,message,xbox alert or open game bar (WIN+G) the screen goes black to show the pop up notification in SDR then when notification goes away screen goes black when going back into HDR. Does this when
adjusting the volume too.. pretty annoying

Hello I'm haveing a problem with the notification tab, nothing shows up in it besides when your installing a game and it tells you when it's ready to play, but all notifications pop up on screen right away, but they just don't show up in the notification
tab, anyway to fix this?
