    I’m still haveing issues with the 2019 app latest version of the app when I’m watching any movie I choose to watch I’m still encountering the white circle just keeps spinning like it trying to buffer mean while my speed test for my internet speed is 120MBPS download speed this issue is really starting to ruin my enjoyment of useing my console I was in Delta Ring since this has kept happening I now have left the Delta Ring and now I’m in the Omega Ring and now I’m haveing no issues at all it’s only happening when I’m in the Delta ring

    I'm trying to watch purchased movies

    I am experiencing the same issue, support made some suggestions but nothing has worked. This issue covers all movies that I have purchased. I can watch trailers but when I go to watch the actual movie I get the network error. This issue has been ongoing
    for far too long.

    I’m having the same issue. All my movies are freezing up. Ive already cleared system cache, factory reset, remove profile, deleted movies and tv app, and hard reset. To no avail none of these worked. I have 4,300.00 dollars worth of movies that i cant

    Any news on getting movies working yet? I paid over the average price to watch “The LEGO Movie 2” over two weeks ago. When I download it to the hard drive and try to play it I’m met with the error code “8007000e”

    Why is it not possible to watch the movie, yet? It's three days after release and the store says, the relase was three days ago - but I can't watch it (preorderet in May 2019)...

    Please - just do make it possible to watch that movie. :(

    Any news on getting movies working yet? I paid over the average price to watch “The LEGO Movie 2” over two weeks ago. When I download it to the hard drive and try to play it I’m met with the error code “8007000e”
    It’s still not working & I can’t play back some of the movies I purchased. Then just this morning I get an email from Microsoft denying my refund request for movie I rented & can’t watch!!!

    That’s it, I am done with Microsoft. Cancelling my Gold Subscription today. Pretty **** way to treat customets!’
