    STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED PROMOTION!!!


    It has been 2 months since I sent in my receipt for the get the most promotion. I have contacted Questions@EPrizefullfilment, or whatever the email is. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! Nobody has been able to resolve this issue. I am disgusted
    and appalled by the lack of customer service. I have been loyal to Xbox but Xbox sure as hell isn't loyal to its customers and I am proof. All that has to be done is a code is generated and sent to me via email. HOW DOES THAT TAKE 2 MONTHS.

    Who can I contact to get this resolved. I've tried E prize, I'm trying this, who else is there to get this resolved, SO I CAN GET MY DAMN PROMOTION ALREADY!!!

    Hey there Sheep! I understand you are missing some points you earned purchasing a promotion. How many points were advertised with this promotion? Also, just to cover the bases, have you checked both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences)
    if it is different? Let me know, thanks!

    this promotion is administered by HelloWorld, Inc. so they are the only one who can provide any help here, its 3rd Party and only sponsored by Microsoft, so its surely not correct to blame xbox for not caring

    I know this, but nothing is being done by them, and nobody else is doing anything either. It is Xbox's promotion, so you would think they might have some influence on customer service. But there must be another contact email, or number that can resolve this
    issue. You would think Microsoft would have a better customer service company that hire or deal with.
