    I have the same problem as you.

    For the Gears of War collection it's seem that we will received the code within 7-10 days of purchase (See this

    thread    ). I have buy the game on 8. oct. so I'm still waiting 4 days.

    But like you I don't have GoW4 on my inventory of games on Xbox.com and I don't know why.

    Where are my gears of war legacy codes?

    Bought gears of war 4 for xbox one from the microsoft store 2 weeks ago but have not recieved the codes to redeem the gears of war collection (gears 1,2,3 and the other one). Have read online that a lot of other people still haven't either. These games were
    advertised to be given free with my purchase of gears 4. Please resolve this for me microsoft.

    I have left messeges on the gears of war website but the devs have not replied

    You should receive the codes with in 30 days of purchase. The codes have been going out, I'm sure you will receive them shortly, if you do not, please contact Microsoft Support:

    Upon purchasing Gears of War 4 before December 31, 2016, you are eligible to get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One which includes Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement. Tokens for download will
    be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system on your Xbox One, within one month of purchase or redemption.
