Still have not recieved my 50K rewards points after new Xbox One S purchase

As stated, I purchased an Xbox One S through the Microsoftstore.com on the 16th of December. I was told that I would receive 50K rewards credit for this purchase. They were supposed to show pending within two weeks of the ship date (17th of December). I
inquired last week about when the credits would be deposited and was told they should show pending by the end of the week (6th of Jan). It's now the 9th of Jan and my credits are nowhere to be found. Please check my account and get back to me on when they
will be available for me to use.

Missing 50k reward credit points

hi, I still have not received my 50k points for my purchase of the Xbox one s on the 25th November 2016. I have been logged in and playing my Xbox since then but have no reward points in my account?

Please could someone look into this matter and get back to me as a matter of a urgency.

Rewards Not Showing

Purchased a new xbox one s on black Friday. Went through the rewards portal for the 50k points offer. Was told that the points would be deposited 15 days after shipping. It's been 3 weeks since the xbox shipped and still no points. The added points were
a determining factor on where I purchased my new xbox. Will return to the Microsoft store I guess.

We see that the Credits have been pending on your account since the third of this month, as seen on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since they have been pending since the third of the month, they will be deposited by the end of the month deposit

I'm going to brace you before the official response because I have had problems about the One S upgrade as well; you will not be eligible for the 50K points unless you already had an Xbox One and purchased another Xbox One S. Best of luck on the rest.

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.
