    Still Have not recieved HW:DE code


    Good Evening Microsoft Staff Member,

    I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition several weeks ago and have still not received a code to access Halo Wars Definitive edition. After a few hours of searching online (checking the message center and my emails) I have determined that I am likely
    another customer experiencing the widespread issue actually sending these codes out. A post on the Halo Waypoint forum indicated that I should first try getting help here because representatives would be able to check the status of my account, determine that
    I have not received the product I paid for, and would hopefully be able to send it without any lengthy calls.

    Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Haven't received the Halo Wars DE code yet.

    I bought the HW2 UE and never recieved the code for the HW DE. It has been almost 14 days and still havent gotten it.
