Still have not received Quantum Break Pre-order promotional pc code/Alan awake.

I still have not received my Quantum Break Pre-order promotional pc code/ Alan awake. I spent 5 plus hours talking to support and for some reason on their end they see that I bought the game on April 5th 2016, even though I have proof that I bought it on
April 4th 2016, Around 5pm PST. I even sent in my bank statement and they told me to just post on this forum in order to received my promotional codes. I have waited 10 days and still have not received either code sadly. I really wish we could just get this
resolved either by receiving the codes or getting a full refund since I only preordered the game in order to get the bonuses. Also I typed this all out once already and the forums crashed on me. This is really getting frustrating.

Code for AW American Nightmare not received.

While I wait for the PC code of Quantum Break and Alan Wake + DLCs, I still haven't received anything for Alan Wake's American Nightmare that's having pre-ordered Quantum Break from the Xbox store since 20th February.

I have only found out I should have received American Nightmare 10 days after the pre-order.
