    Still have not received pre-order code


    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 on January 12, 2017. I was told that in 7-10 days, I would receive a code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition, however, it has now been 11 days, and I have not yet received a code for it.

    I contacted Xbox Live Support, and they sent me here to the Rewards forum with reference number 1371720211.

    Since that is not a Rewards program offer, you'll actually want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and there is actually no need to post them on the forums.
