Still have not received my reward points and it's not even pending. :-(

Hi,

UPDATE : it's been more that 15 days since the product shipped and arrive to me.

My name is Diego and I needed assistance with earning my 50,000 rewards points with the qualifying purchase of an Xbox One S console. I received and email that was titled, "The season of earning is upon us, ," and in it showed that if I make
a qualifying purchase of an Xbox one S in the Microsoft store I will be rewarded with 50,000 Xbox reward points. Now I have all the proof in my Microsoft store account that shows that I have a purchase for a console with the free game and the expedited shipping
the only thing that I needed to complete the offer is actually getting the 50,000 Xbox reward points everything else meets the requirements. I called Xbox live customer service but I just got forwarded to this forum and I don't know what else I can do from
here but I have the email as proof and my order as proof that I am entitled to these 50,000 points. The email stated that the purchases must be made between October 29 and December 31 and my purchase was made in that bracket so I am more than anyone looking for
why I would not be qualified because I just don't see the points on my account. I HAVE BEEN POSTING ENOUGH ABOUT THIS AND ITS BECOMING A RUN AROUND THAT NEEDS TO GET RECTIFIED.

@ Miss Kleo, Yes I still need help. I still have not received any emails, or notification about my reward points. I have checked my rewards account as well. No Pending rewards or anything.

I have not yet received my 15,000 credits for a game I pre-ordered recently

I recently pre-ordered a game that I should have received 15,000 reward points for and have not yet received them and it's almost been a month since the games worldwide release. The points aren't even showing up as pending.

I haven't received mine yet. They don't even show up on Live Rewards as pending points.

Reasonable?........hardly. I would have completely forgotten my gift by the time I actually received it.

I do have a question, however. Why haven't i received my XBL rewards points yet? Not only should I receive 100 points for renewing my Gold subscription, but I should receive 40 points (something like that) for taking the time to answer the past two monthly
surveys. My points aren't even pending.

Same issue here. I redeemed for the 5,000 points last week and still do not see any credits pending on my rewards account. I've received all other rewards the same day, but I have not seen anything come through for this reward yet after 5 days.
